Cabernet-k és merlot-k Budapesten

Bordói November Nagykóstoló

    A Bordeaux-t világhírűvé tevő szőlőfajtákból: cabernet franc-ból, cabernet sauvignonból és merlot-ból készült magyar és külföldi borok várják a Nagy Bordói Kóstoló látogatóit, akik hatvannégy pincészet több mint 150 borát ízlelhetik meg szombaton a Corinthia Budapest Hotelben.

    Magyarországon összesen hatezer hektáron termelik Bordeaux három kulcsfontosságú szőlőfajtáját, a cabernet sauvignont, a merlot-t és a cabernet franc-t. Ez a teljes kékszőlővel beültetett hazai terület több mint egyharmada, ami jól mutatja ezeknek a szőlőfajtáknak a jelentőségét és népszerűségét mind termelői, mind fogyasztói oldalon – emlékeztet a szervező Winelovers az MTI-hez eljutatott közleményében.


    A szombati sétálókóstolón tizenhárom magyarországi és partiumi borvidék mutatja be bordói típusú borait, ezek mellett – külön térítés ellenében – ismerkedhetnek meg a látogatók a hazai kínálat csúcsát jelentő tételekkel.


    A Bálint László nemzetközi borakadémikus által vezetett kóstolón többek között arról esik szó, miért házasítják az őshonos fajtákat Bordeaux-ban és hogy ugyanezek miként kerültek Dél-Amerikába és futottak be ott fajtaborként karriert.
