Vasárnaptól megszűnik az elviteles vagy házhoz szállított ételek és italok kedvezményes áfája

    Megszűnik a kedvezményes, 5 százalékos áfa augusztus 1-jével az elviteles vagy házhoz szállított ételek és italok esetében – közölte a Nemzeti Adó- és Vámhivatal (NAV) honlapján kedden.

    Augusztustól a vendéglátó üzletek csak szolgáltatásnyújtás esetén alkalmazhatják az 5 százalékos áfát. Az elviteles vagy házhoz szállított étel és ital értékesítése nem szolgáltatásnyújtásnak, hanem termékértékesítésnek minősül, így erre a továbbiakban nem vonatkozik a kedvezményes adómérték – írták.


    A kedvezményes áfa lehetőségével 2020. november 14. óta élhettek a vendéglátó vállalkozások. Az áfakulcs a kormány döntése alapján 27 százalékról csökkent 5 százalékra, hogy enyhítse a járvány kedvezőtlen hatásait a vendéglátásban.
